Ingredients

Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
Salad Ingredients
  • 10 ounce baby spinach
  • 20 strawberries about 1 quart, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions minced
  • 2 cup turkey breast shredded
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/4 cup tigernuts sliced

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass mason jar. Seal the lid. Shake until well combined. Set aside.
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl with the dressing, or dressing can be served on the side.
