Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • cinnamon
  • chocolate chips dairy-free (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease small deep mug and set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted coconut oil and milk. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour mixture into greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
