Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or coconut
  • 1 scoop The Myers Way® Double Chocolate Paleo Protein
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • chocolate chips dairy-free (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease small deep mug and set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, mashed banana, and melted coconut oil. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.

  4. Pour the mixture into your greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Enjoy warm!
