Easy Slow-Cooked Organic Pork Ribs

Easy Slow-Cooked Organic Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bone-in pork ribs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 yellow onion roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup bone broth
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cinnamon on meaty side of pork ribs and set aside.  
  2. Cover bottom of slow cooker with oil, yellow onions, and garlic.  
  3. Place ribs on top, meaty side down. Drizzle bone broth and apple cider vinegar over ribs.
  4. Let cook on low for 8 hours.
