Dairy Free Chocolate Glaze

Chocolate glaze adds such a nice touch to brownie bits. However, unlike glazes made with confectioner sugar and butter, this dairy free chocolate glaze uses melted coconut oil and maple syrup. How To Make No Bake Brownie Bites

Making these Collagen Probiotic No Bake Brownie Bites is so easy. In fact, you’ll be able to enjoy them in a matter of minutes!

First, you’ll make the no bake brownie bites. Simply combine dried apricots, coconut oil, coconut flour, Collagen + SBO Probiotics powder, and sea salt into your food processor. Pulse gently until all the ingredients are well combined. 

Once you have a nice, moist dough, use a tablespoon to spoon out small balls of dough. Roll the dough around until you get a smooth ball. Place on a serving plate and repeat the process until you have all the dough rolled up. You’ll want to try these right away, but just wait until you get the chocolate glaze on top!

Next, it’s time to make the dairy free chocolate glaze. Melt the coconut oil down until it becomes a liquid. Allow to cool slightly. Room temperature is fine. After all, you don’t want it to be too hot! Once the coconut oil melts, add the Collagen + SBO Probiotics, and maple syrup (if using). Stir to combine.

Collagen Probiotic No Bake Brownie Bites

Ingredients

No-Bake Brownie Bites
  • 16 dried apricot soaked
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 scoops Collagen + Probiotic
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • Pinch flaked sea salt
Chocolate Glaze
  • 1 scoop Collagen + Probiotic
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil cooled to room temperature
  • flaked sea salt garnish

Instructions

  1. Add your dried apricots, coconut oil, Collagen + SBO Probiotic Powder, coconut flour, and sea salt to a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Using a 1 tbsp measuring spoon, scoop out dough and roll in your hands until it forms a ball.
  3. Place the brownie bites on a plate or serving platter.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chocolate glaze until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate glaze over the brownie bites, top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
