Chai Tea Latte

I always start out my day by having a cup of hot tea with collagen! You can be your own barista with this Chai Tea Latte recipe! It is caffeine-free and has the perfect blend of anti-inflammatory spices.

My blend includes cinnamon, cloves, and ginger which are also great for fighting off candida! The added collagen can help prevent leaky gut, keep hair, nails and skin healthy, as well as support bones and joints!

Ingredients

  • 8 seeds cardamom
  • 8 cloves
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 dates chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 scoop The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
  • 4 bags Roasted Dandelion Root Tea

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except tea bags, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in collagen and add tea bags. Steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain into cups.
